The Siaya Youth Assembly (SYA) is a county-wide, youth-led legislative and leadership development platform established to amplify the voice of young people in governance, public participation and socio-economic transformation within Siaya County.
SYA provides a structured, inclusive, and non-partisan forum where youth engage constructively on policy issues, leadership ethics, innovation, and community development.
Anchored on democratic values and aligned to Kenya's constitutional framework on youth participation, the Assembly nurtures informed, responsible and solution-oriented young leaders prepared to contribute meaningfully to local and national development agendas.
