Our Mandate
Pursuant to the SICOCUSA Constitution and the mandate vested in the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), we hereby declare all leadership positions vacant and officially invite qualified, driven, and visionary student leaders from Siaya County to submit their nomination papers. We are guided by all relevant constitutional provisions and regulations to ensure a peaceful, democratic, and ideas-driven electoral process.

General Eligibility Requirements
Must be a fully registered member of SICOCUSA with a valid digital membership card.
Must be an active student in an accredited college or university.
For Ward/Sub-County positions: Must be a verified resident of that specific voting area.
Must maintain good academic standing with zero disciplinary issues at your institution.
