2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to support our five focus areas (Climate Action, Digital Literacy, Mentorship, Health, and Civic Engagement):

• Process membership applications and chapter assignments
• Match mentees with appropriate mentors
• Coordinate skills training and program participation
• Track progress and impact of our initiatives
• Communicate about events, opportunities, and resources
• Report aggregated data to partners and stakeholders

3. Information Sharing

We may share information with:

• Educational institutions for program verification
• Training partners like Microsoft for skills development
• The Siaya County Government for impact reporting
• NGO partners for collaborative programs
• Researchers for program evaluation (anonymized data)

We obtain explicit consent before sharing personally identifiable information with external partners.
