Pursuant to the powers vested in the Office of the President under Article 9(g) of the SICOCUSA Constitution, I hereby officially dissolve the current SICOCUSA Executive with immediate effect.
Further guided by Article 29(e), I designate the following bona fide members for consideration to serve in the respective key interim offices pending the establishment of a new substantive leadership through the SICOCUSA General Elections 2026.

In accordance with Article 28(d) of the SICOCUSA Constitution, I hereby direct the SICOCUSA Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) to undertake a thorough scrutiny and vetting process of the above nominees and thereafter approve one (1) nominee in each category to serve as the Interim Office Bearer.
In conducting the vetting process, the Commission shall be guided by all relevant constitutional provisions and regulations. In addition, a key consideration shall be that any person approved to serve in an interim capacity must not be an aspirant in the forthcoming SICOCUSA General Elections 2026, so as to safeguard fairness, neutrality and a level playing field for all candidates.
The approved interim office bearers shall serve until the conclusion of the electoral process and the assumption of office by duly elected officials.
This directive takes effect immediately upon issuance.
